

They came on time and the pickup only took a few minutes.I will mention refunds did take some time to be processed (pillow took about a week, mattress took about 3 weeks from when it was picked up), but I sent a few reminder emails and Faria always responded. He clearly informed me of when it would be processed, how long it would take, etc.The person responsible for picking up the mattress called me to me schedule a date to pick up the mattress right away.

She returned all my phone calls and emails promptly and was always polite. Faria helped me with the entire process for both returns, as well as a price match inquiry. After receiving both items, I wanted to return them but started to worry I wouldn’t get my money back after reading so many bad reviews about the return process.However I actually had a good experience with their customer service.
